Yes. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, every diamond we sell is a natural diamond.
Where a gemological certificate is available, such as GIA, the certificate number is provided with the product or your order documents. Please review it before completing your purchase. The certificate is an independent assessment by the issuing laboratory.
Photos and videos are representative. Lighting, camera settings, screen resolution and magnification all change how size, brilliance and colour appear. The written specifications and certificate prevail over images.
The price shown on the website when you submit your order, plus any taxes, shipping or other charges disclosed before payment. You review the full total before paying.
Choose one of the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is only paid once the payment provider confirms it.
Natural diamonds are high-value goods. We may ask for reasonable verification to protect against fraud, unauthorised payments and money-laundering risks before dispatch.
Yes, worldwide, using reputable couriers or specialised high-value delivery services with tracking, signature confirmation and insurance where appropriate.
Returns follow our sale and purchase agreement and Indonesian law. Once an order is being shipped it cannot be cancelled simply for a change of mind, but if a stone is materially defective or different from what you ordered, we provide the remedy the law requires.
